At Ottolenghi, we take great pride in the quality of our pantry staples and artisanal goods; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they are faulty.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the issue with your food or gift items.

    Provide Documentation

    For items damaged during transit, please include clear photographs of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim quickly.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label for non-perishable hardware or books, or arrange for a replacement of food products.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive your returned item or verify the claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
